this is based off of all the girls i talked to during rush and the houses most girls wanted to get into! also it is just a fact that the upper tiers are more selective.

ZTA has been a top house at U of A since their inception! Highly desired, down to earth, pretty, smart, sweet, fun girls!! 💗

Zeta wasn't top at its inception as you say. For many years, it was a mid house. They did better and better in recruitment for the last 20+ years and moved ahead of tri delt. That's why the tri delt alum and moms on here from the 80's and 90's still think tri delt is a top house and zeta is mid, when that is not how it is anymore.

sure did not. i mean zeta is a decent mid house. you can so tell with the amount of girls defending them. you don’t see the true top houses defending their spots. they don’t care and aren’t on here.

I am in a "top" house and I know Zeta is one too. All the posts you see about them being a mid house is completely wrong. It's probably tri delt just trying to bring them down.

It’s Tri Delt but not Alpha Chi. Tri Delt has been relentless on here trying to pull other houses down esp Kappa and Zeta to make themselves look better.

Kappa's (and chi o's and pi phi's) retention of pnms during recruitment makes it seem like actually quite a few people DO want to be Kappas (and chi o and pi phi). Hundreds of them. Sorry tri delt alum mom

Zeta top tier. It’s a mom or something writing this to say they aren’t. Tri Delt is above KD but only by a little. I think adpi and KD are close
