Aopi is not below dg
Interesting the way you broke up the mid houses. Pretty accurate I bet although I have never seen this type of rank
The top houses are correct I guess but I do think kappa has slipped based on the last two recruitments.

DG definitely did better than aopi.
Kappa has dropped. They’re not liked by PNMs or each other.

Kappa has not dropped. The same person(mom) posts this same thing over and over. Just stop. This ranking is accurate.

let's do tiers instead because having three levels of mid is meh

Tier 1: chi o, kappa, pi phi, zta
Tier 2: tri delt, kd
Tier 3: adpi, alpha chi, phi mu
Tier 4: dg, aopi

By: close
by: WPS

KD second tier?!?!!

By: WPS
Report
by: @wps

yes, adpi was there too but slipped over the last few years. axo could move to that spot next year.
if kappa keeps their downward spin, they could move down as well.

How is this different? You call them tiers but it’s still grouping into four categories if you call them
top, upper mid, mid, lower mid
or
tier 1, 2, 3, 4.

^replying to @??

why classify middle as being upper mid, lower mid whatever but not upper top or middle top? or upper bottom?

if you don't list upper/mid/lower top and bottom houses, why do this to the middle houses? that is why tiers are better. While tri delt and alpha chi are both "middle" houses according to the op list, they really should not be classified together as mid houses.

agree with the order, but there aren't really three different levels of middle houses

Hmm I think pi phi and zeta are ahead of kappa at this point.
Pi phi took MOST of their tops last year and zeta took many this year…

1. That’s simply not factual. Kappa got the pc they wanted last year and this year.
2. “Sis” is a tri delt.

Am I the only person that thinks phi mu should be with kd

by: WPS

Yes, you are.
I’d agree to KD being brought down to mid with PM though

KD is already mid. Phi Mu is not there yet.

Kd lower and kappa lower.

retention rates will tell you otherwise. kappa retention is almost 100%, so that will keep them as a top house, whether we like them or not.
the mid houses (tri delt, kd, and adpi) all have similar retention rates of 90-95%, so they will stay mid too.

I wonder who wants to see kd and kappa lower? thinking it will bring their house up? who could it be?? let's TRI to make it a little less obvious

After the last two years I simply do not believe kappas retention rate was 100 percent. I personally know girls that cut them. And these were not girls that would have been cut anyway. They were on kappas radar if not topped by them.
And no I am not a Tri Delt. I just came on here bored and this is the first time I have commented. I get it when you only have six hundred girls or so left after first night you have a MUCH higher retention rate. Girls that cut kappa that were not making it through the first round do not count towards their “retention” rate. I still say with this hugely unfair advantage to mid houses kappa for sure did not have a retention of 100 percent the last two years.

how do you know which girls were “on kappa’s radar” or were “not girls who would’ve been cut anyway”? stick to what you know/what goes on in ddd

I’m not the person you responded to but I know several girls this year that had Kappa and put two other sororities as their tops. I also had two girls in my GX group that preffed a “lower” house over Kappa.

by: @Well

of course you do. that happens. to every single house every single year. a girl in my group picked 2 houses over a different top house but got the top house back for pref anyway. there is nothing new or surprising about any of that.

by: @well @@well

Ok but none of that means that kappa or the "different top house" had less than 100% retention still. It's statistics.
