I agree. Phi mu gets bashed on here and they are not that low in rankings. Most girls prefer them over KD, ADPI ect…

most pmns do not pref phi mu over kd and adpi. a few might, but not most pmns. actually, this fall, more pmns preffed axo over phi mu.

No. Axo did well this year but the facts are the facts. Phi mu had way more girls rank them higher going into pref. They do every year but this site for some reason only wants to tear them down.

They are even for sure! Tri Delt always tries to put themselves next to kappa or zeta but actually they compete with KD and ADPI

Phi Mu is not with kd or adpi. They are below these two houses but higher in rank than axo. They did have a good recruitment and if this continues they could be even with adpi.

they are a mid house. they know it and they do not care. tri delt on the other hand thinks they are a top house but are not. kappa is a top house but should not be.

My roommate is a KD. She knows they are what is seen as a middle level house. 100% fine with that! I am in a lower ranked house. It would be great if we moved up so more pmns would give us a chance.
We both have very genuine sisterhoods. Friendships in the middle and lower houses are tons better than the top houses.

Everyone knows KD is a mid house (even them) and no one questions it or thinks they are a top house. They are a super chill house with smart girls. I don't think they care one bit about being a top house. They do not recruit most of those top house girls, so being mid is 100% appropriate for them.

i don't think a kd wrote this. it's a tri delt trying to make people bash kd and say they're not top/not above ddd. and also trying to get kappa mad at kd. kd knows they're not top and they're good with it.

How is this different? You call them tiers but it’s still grouping into four categories if you call them
top, upper mid, mid, lower mid
or
tier 1, 2, 3, 4.

why classify middle as being upper mid, lower mid whatever but not upper top or middle top? or upper bottom?
if you don't list upper/mid/lower top and bottom houses, why do this to the middle houses? that is why tiers are better. While tri delt and alpha chi are both "middle" houses according to the op list, they really should not be classified together as mid houses.

It appears some people actually do want to be chi o and kappa considering they’re the houses with 99-100% retention during recruitment.

Kappa did not have a 99 percent retention rate this year.
When retention rates are based on girls that cut them who were on the list to be invited back it makes it very unfair.
Chi o cuts 1500 night one leaving 800 possible girls to cut them.
AOPI cuts 100 leaving 2200 possible girls to cut them.
Who is going to have a better retention rate?
Kappa had many cuts this year from pnm’s.

i'm in one of those houses and one of my roomies is in the other. girls in houses during recruitment know their own house's stats.

I believe this is true. But it also true that pmns pref'd dg and axo over phi mu. Pref-ing one "rank" over another doesn't really mean anything.
It can also be that pmns truthfully pref'd a "higher rank" but did not get it. We will actually never know. Every house has great girls. These ranks mean nothing.

not a kd or tri delt, but they are seen as even, especially during recruitment.
I personally think adpi is with them too, but my friends disagree.

then KD and ADPi are even. Although I had ADPi at pref and chose a “lower tier” over them.

Who is being mean? Phi Mu is a newer house. It is going to take some time to get to that mid tier. It does not help that they keep taking pmns who don't have the best reputations.
