You can try to sugarcoat it all you want but here are the facts:
Top tiers are better. They get better members. They get the best looking, smartest, most interesting people. Their families make more, have more legacies, and more social standing.
People want to hang out with top tier members more. The parties are better. The chapters are better. The people are better.
If you don't like it, tough. You can't change the truth. Those who join the top houses are just better in general.

I get the theory, however looking at some of the nm's in some of the "top houses", they def. did not get the "best looking". I'd post a few screenshots, but that's not necessary.
Not that any of that matters... Some absolute dogs (with zero personality) in some of those "top houses"... Obviously went the grade route, which is fine...

Facts 🙌🏼 top does not I repeat does not mean most attractive. They are good about hiding them but creep on Instagram they exist.

Agreed! Personally I think this is a kappa writing this. They feel the need to convince themselves they are better than everyone else when in reality they have fallen in the ranks and of all the top houses this would be the very last one anyone I know would want to be in.
