XO – established at UARK, so there’s that, A LOT of Arkansas alum support, nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary, just a normal mix of nice smart girls, very cliquey so if you happen to get in without connections beware you may be the odd man out
ZTA – through the years has moved up from mid-tier, not sure if social media has been their savior but regardless nice girls, they do like to have a good time, not everyone’s vibe, better be ready to socialize 24/7
PiPhi – as expected got a good pledge class, however a lot of drama has been following them since bid week & bid day, I’m sure they will get it under control, very smart girls almost always have top GPA
DDD – I don’t know why but they get A LOT of hate, gorgeous sorority house, nice mix of girls, had a great bid day, almost hate typing nice things about them because they’ll just get blamed for it
KD – Christian church camp vibe, smart kind sweet girls, had a really good bid day, genuine sisterhood, beautiful house
ADPi – girl next door vibe, sweet cute girls, like to have fun, very welcoming, genuine sisterhood, just chilling
AXO – had their best recruitment to date, good mix of girls, working hard on their sisterhood and it’s showing
PM – beautiful girls but a mean girl rep has been haunting them, they are trying to clean up their rep, get a lot of crap about Alabama PM stuff
KKG – very mean girl vibes, their pledges are being down right rude to other sororities’ pledges, very entitled mentality, PNMs have chosen to stay away from them because they are cliquey and it’s HS 2.0 (zip code edition) – no one likes the typical movie mean girl it’s a really outdated look
DG – newest on campus, had a great bid day, putting in that work to be recognized, super sweet girls
AOPi – had a bad recruitment word is there was in house drama, great mix of girls and I’m sure they will pull it together
If I could give any advice it would be the mid houses have the best sisterhoods and are not cliquey. OOS girls if you don’t have a connection in house it will be VERY hard to get into a top house and just because you’re an OOS legacy means nothing. They will put their friend over you so fast, so don’t be shocked about the “legacy” cut. If top house or legacy house is that important to you, I'd wait to rush as a sophomore so you can make connections but you'll miss all the freshman year fun, your choice. Remember there are 500+ girls pulling for their friends and those that do get in without connections get slowly forgotten about or slip through the cracks because they already have established friend groups, this has happened to many of my friends. It is very expensive being in a UARK sorority make the best choice for your money. Read through all the posts, there is truth to many that are similar. During rush you only talk to maybe 6-8 of the 500+ girls in each house, give each a fair chance. Look through their Instagram’s there are stunning girls in EVERY house, you’ll find your sisters if you are open to all the houses and not worried about status. Once rush is over no one cares and boys especially don’t care, if you’re attractive you’re attractive, lol. Best of luck!

Agree- DG, KD, ZTA ( but every house may not be another’s vibe) and AXO
AOPi- had a good rush week- they get too much unnecessary hate
Tri Delt- agree- it’s probably one girl doing all the mean post ab them and bumping bc she either got cut or someone is going out w her ex- it’s a great house
Not sure ab the mean girls- unfortunately there are a mix of mean girls and nice girls in every house on campus
- really it comes down to what each person feels is the best fit for them- all are great houses

They do get unnecessary hate-people are always putting them at the bottom and saying they had a "bad rush." It's just not true! Everyone worked hard and had a great week of rush. There are no bottom tiers!

I think phi mu did a lot of copying bama. Zeta had a completely original bid day. I think zeta having a great recruitment is more because of the effort they put in rather than bama.
Tri Delt gets hate on here for constantly putting themselves ahead of kappa and pi phi. It appears their alums tried to buy them a good pledge class. Paying fines for bigger cuts and having more balloons doesn’t mean they have jumped up to top tier overnight. They did have a great bid day though and I am sure per usual have some really great smart girls.
Phi mu in my opinion does not self rank ( that is clear) and do better in recruitment than this site would make you think.
Axo really did have a great year so good for them!

tbh, there are a lot of girls in the lower “level” of houses who were rushed by the upper “level” houses only to be dropped due to no connections. For the most part, the caliber of girls is not different in the houses. It just depends if they had connections to get into what you have listed as the upper “level” houses.

Literally it, the only ones that would disagree are DDD & AXO. Sucks that KKG is that high should be lower just because they are RUDE & MEAN! ZTA is #1 they earned that spot, it wasn’t just handed to them because they were established at UARK, lots of respect for them climbing up from mid tier. NO I’M NOT A ZTA!

You write the Same post on every thread (ZTA is a mid) they aren’t. You are either a mom or an upset you got cut or just jealous that they’ve consistently risen and held on to top. Literally everyone on campus sees them as #1 or #2 so please just stop.

This is as close as it gets and honestly the difference between each house is not huge. I think that's what gets everyone in the "real" rank wars because of frustration, which I get.

No one on campus wants kappa to still be a top house but as long as they are put below pi phi I am cool with it

On Bid Day, if PM wants their new members to wear letter shirt/jerseys while their actives are dressed up, so be it. It’s actually a great idea because Bid Day is about celebrating and putting emphasis on the new members.
They don't worry about what every other sorority does in their programs, so why obsess over what they do? Don’t be weird.

I love the letters and wish all sororities are UArk did that. It is a classic shirt — unlike bid day shirts. Don’t get me wrong, bid day shirts can be cute but wouldn’t you rather have a lettered shirt? I know Auburn and Texas and A&M all had some sororities with letters on bid day.

Honestly don’t know if it’s DDD or KD trying to bash them. I really hope not that’s not a good Christian look. Why does KD compare themselves to DDD anyway? They’re each their own house. Seriously grow up!

I am not sure who it is. KD doesn't have anything to gain by bashing another house. I also don't think they compare themselves to Tri Delt. My freshman roommate is a KD. They very well know they are a mid-tier house and are 100% okay with that.
It may be that someone keeps trying to post that Kappa is below the other mid-tier houses, and we all know that is incorrect.
Who knows?? Either way, all amazing houses. And it's super likely that theres some alumnae on her trying to bump their own houses.

no hate for ddd. they are a good house. it might be that they are constantly on here trying to say they are top tier or higher than kappa. neither is true. they are be more liked on campus than kappa, there's no doubt about that.
