It seems ranks are all over the place. Many people have their opinion and I am going to give what myself and a lot my friends think!
Chi o- I guess being founded here they are still top but for real no one but chi o’s care.
Zeta/Tri Delt - the effort they put into recruitment paid off with both houses having amazing pledge classes
Pi phi- being nicer girls on campus keeps them top after a rougher than normal recruitment but behavior after has all of us scratching our heads
AXO/Phi Mu - wow both houses impressed and had their best recruitment ever
Kappa- maybe not this low but for real we all feel sorry for their pledge class
KD/DG - there was no buzz at all around KD. They were simply there. DG put in so much effort and moved up from bottom position
ADPI/AOPI - I feel bad for adpi. Their video was just not good. AOPI - They didn’t have their best recruitment and was ranked low by most beginning with first round.

Yes I immediately thought Tri Delt as well but there is a lot of truth in this post.
Not a Tri Delt but I am sure it must be frustrating to have a better recruitment than pi phi ( a lot of pnm’s said they were so boring and to have a recruitment chair quit is ouch!) and for their rankings to not change. Bid day for Tri Delt was one of the best on maple and pi phi was only slightly better than kappas pathetic attempt at a theme. Pi phi has a pretty house but a big hike to walk to class versus Tri Delt right across from everything. Both houses have girls that could be nerdy but for real why is pi phi higher on the ranks than Tri delt?

No one will that is top tier ( well kappa or pi phi) will want to believe ranks have changed and that any pnm would dare rank a mid house over them!

^^ what she said! Also, I think certain houses should be rewarded for putting in extra hard work and having a great recruitment. Sorry if this offends people but I am guessing it only offends people that are in about three out of the 11 houses.

Hate to tell you but DDD didn’t do as well as they would like you to believe. They just paid to cut more girls to look More exclusive and now they’re mad bc they didn’t move up and wasted their money. They’re a great sorority just a little too quirky and boring for a lot of girls

It's so obvious that tri delt is spamming this whole site with fake info and likes. I don't know why they are so desperate. They had a really good recruitment and have the most amazing house. They aren't going to be a top house. All their insults to adpi, kd, pi phi, axo, phi mu, kappa) doesn't make them move up or change anyone's perspective on their so called rank.

Tri Delt is above KD because they’re better nationally than KD.
Same reason Kappa is always going to be tops — and Pi Phi and Chi O.
