DG (newest on campus but on the come up)
AOPi (internal problems causing issues)
Exclusive = UNATTAINABLE (maybe like 15% of their NMs got in with 0 connections)
Chi Omega (entitled, dirty rushers, basic)
KKG (entitled, dirty rushers, wealthy)
DDD (trying too hard to be recognized as top, sad if you’d let it be you could be)

XO & KKG are irrelevant, if only 15% of their NMs had 0 connections that’s like 60 girls (yay lucky them they won the lottery of UARK sororities)😅 and the rest were already pre-chosen. Come on who cares about their elitist mentality/mindset. Let them be in their little bubble of righteousness, 😂. Let them believe they are the cream of the crop of UARK 🤣 (no one besides them believes this ridiculous notion). By paying them attention we are hurting the progression of the rest of the sororities. Tri Delt don’t follow in their footsteps you are better than that! Again UARK rush is brutal just because your friend from back home had a better rush experience MEANS NOTHING when comparing it to rush at UARK. You are AMAZING - STOP comparing yourself to the unattainable (elitist)🤮! Grow your sisterhood - focus on your sisterhood - be the leader your sisters need! ❤️

I feel so awful for sororities trying to rise above the set standards. There needs be some form of a FAIR point system to determine the success of a sorority. Like;
Retention
Quota
Grades
Competitions
$ raised for Philanthropy (without mommy's help)
UARK volunteer hours
UARK club involvement
UARK leadership positions in other organizations
IDK what else, but this whole bashing thing is out of hand. And if a sorority actually wants to be seen as "exclusive/unattainable/elitist" shame on them, it's 2022 we rise by lifting others up, remaining in a safe bubble does nothing to help the growth & inclusion of ALL women.

Just frustrating to see these elitist get away with 1. hitting a girl & literally killing her (then giving a bid to her sister)
2. having a girl get arrested (mip / pi ?)
like come on, entitlement at its best.

There really needs to be something set in place. It’s so unfair to try so hard to improve without the acknowledgment. Seriously makes you think twice about even trying. So very discouraging.

And you saying all that ^ only makes them happy. They want to viewed as “exclusive” unattainable and anyone would be lucky to get a bid from them. If I were a pledge in kappa I am pretty sure I would be disappointed at this point and it wouldn’t matter if I got in with connections or without.
