POST RUSH RANKS fixed
by: junior
(chi o, zeta)
chi o - they got who they wanted and got really cool and good girls
zeta - killed recruitment, got awesome girls, unique theme, highly sought after and bama zeta probably helped that.
(pi phi) - underwhelmed pnms, didn’t have a great recruitment but we know they show up during the year.
(Kd, tri delt) - got good girls, people loved them during recruitment! Smart, fun, great girls!
(kappa) - mean to pnms, many pnms cut them first round and throughout the week since they knew they already had their pledge class picked out.
(Adpi, axo)
axo - got an insane pledge class and really rose above and beyond expectations this year. girls preffed them over tri delt, pi phi, and kappa. they had many of kappas tops at their pref and took them.
adpi - not a lot of talk about them, they got cut in the first round a lot, but they came back go surprise everyone and show them they’re here to stay.
(dg) - also went above and beyond expectations! People preffed them over aoii and phi mu a ton. they were wanted and they got to be more picky. Girls were crushed opening their bid day card finding a different house than dg.
(Phi mu) - still took some mean girls, and their pref is very religious making girls uncomfy. they’re recruitment wasn’t as good as normal but they still got some cool girls! they tried to be like bama phi mu wayyyy to much though.
(aoii) - people cut them every round.. and didn’t pref them much as their first choice. they’re theme didn’t make sense since they said it was queen and the beetles? at it didn’t flow well. They just seem to be copying other houses especially axo which is weird. They had weird convos with the pnms and talked about how they were depressed a lot? very odd.

agree mostly but i’ll tell you facts on why aoii didn’t do as well this year! aoii really started taking off with the 2018 and 2019 pcs. they got a lot of gorgeous, fun and involved girls. 2020 those girls did well recruiting virtually. had great conversations and clicked well with pnms. great recruitment team too. 2021 is when things started falling apart. had a good recruitment, not great but good. actives were worn out and not enjoying recruitment and it showed! now here’s when things really went bad was electing new leadership. had ks been elected president and rb recruitment things would have been so much different!!! instead these girls brought in their clique to all other leadership positions and literally ran off anyone that disagreed with them, including a recruitment chair. the drop rates this past year were ridiculous and i personally couldn’t drop fast enough!! just by observation, there didn’t seem to be any of the older, amazing girls helping with recruitment this year. they’ve all been alienated or dropped. hopefully when elections come around they’ll have some awesome girls run for position and vote them in and ignore the supposed cons. do your research girlies and don’t take everything you hear as factual. aoii was going so well so take it back!
#3by: Why :/
Why must you continue the high school mentality? Why must you pin 200 nm girls in one house against 200 nm girls in another? Why do you insist on belittling other women? Why can’t you just be happy for others? Why do you have to hurt the progress of women? Why do you think more National sororities refuse to come to UARK & Ole Miss? BECAUSE of post like these, it’s 2022 be a better human. 💔🥺

Recruitment has been over for 5 minutes and you keyboard warriors get on here acting like you know everything. Girls are happy with where they went. Did you not hear all the screaming and see all the smiles. Every sorority at uark is great and everyone did just fine. None of these houses are bad or basic. This is uark quit with your backhanded bs
