Pi Phi Hazing?

Not in Pi phi but my roommate just got a bid from them and she said that they had to shave their whole bodies tonight? that’s hazing right??

My roommate was told by her bid day big to “shave everything” and come in a nice white dress. and to bring a towel. She was terrified.
