Snap bids would have been given out this morning, if there were any…but I highly doubt there were.
COB will start tomorrow and continue for a couple of weeks, if anyone is doing it. Pledge classes were HUGE, so it’s likely that no houses will do it.
If you are interested in COB, contact Greek Life office and let them know you would be interested if any houses are doing it.

I am a senior and was a gamma chi this year. I have actually been one for 3 years….knew that I would not enjoy being an active and having to “rank” other girls. I gotta’ say that I was very surprised by some of my girls’ rankings this year. They truly looked at the videos and carefully considered how to rank each house. The older alums on here won’t be happy, but the old tier system is rapidly falling by the wayside. Seven of my girls put “top tier” houses as their last 2-3 houses on their list before philanthropy round. Some of the sororities’ focuses on only Arkansas girls is finally coming back to bite them. There are so many out of state girls that have heard how cliquey these top sororities can be, and they want nothing to do with them.
I think this is a good thing. Maybe other sororities will be more interested in colonizing here if they see that the traditional old rankings really don’t mean anything to the great majority of PNM’s.

I wish women ranking other women would just go away. We are our own worst enemies. It's bad enough that guys rank us by looks. If women don't push back and stop this whole culture, sororities are going to end up being a total joke. Alumnae you have to lead the way.

usually spring cob with a handful of houses from seniors graduating mid year.
and not sure about this semester- maybe chapters will know more with numbers in a few days. Fingers are crossed.
