Who would want to come here when Panhellenic sets them up to fail? Tops getting the largest cut number first night will always keep them top. No one wants to spend millions to be stuck at the bottom.

I don't see it that way. I think uark's panhellenic is very supportive of all the chapters. That is why it has been nationally recognized. The pmns are open minded and seem to understand that there are top quality actives in each house.
