HI! Happy bid day. Alum of a lower tier house here - girls if you are discouraged DO NOT BE! The “””lower tier””” (aka NEWER) houses on campus have a HUGE (HUUUUGE) national presence. they will look SO GOOD on resumes and you will meet so many sisters from different schools coming out of college. Give us a try! You wouldn’t be here if we didn’t want you <3

True-There is no "lower tier" on campus. Just because one house is not the one for you -doesn't mean it's a lower tier than the house you are in.

Seriously!! I met several pmns who would have loved getting a bid from any house. They ended up getting dropped from all the houses and it was very sad. A few of them are going to try cob in the spring and would be thrilled with any house.

People really need to stop w the lower tiers-The whole point of having different houses is so everyone can find the one they like. It does not mean another house is higher or lower!

This should be bumped daily. Girls know someone or have friends in all of the houses. I don't understand why anyone would think another house is a "bottom" house. It's just not true!

Of course everyone thinks their house is the best and that's fine but there are not any "bad or low" houses on the campus. One house may not be for you but it doesn't mean it's not for someone else-and that doesn't make it a low house!
