VP of Recruitment

Does it mean anything if the VP of recruitment talks to you.
I have had it happen in a couple of houses.
But there are 2 houses I really like that they didn’t come talk to me but they were talking to other PNMs.

Does it mean anything at all?

In my house, our VP talks to the PNMs who we are kind of on the fence about. I wouldn’t stress too much either way. No one on exec talked to me the whole week at the sorority I ended up in.

I am in a top house and it means both. A recruitment team member will talk to you if we think we need a little extra to pull a girl and we will send someone in if we are on the fence. You can’t let your brain read too much into that because there is really no way of knowing what that meant.
