dirty rushed by tri delt?

all of tri delta’s exec followed me on insta, most of the actives followed me back, good gpa, involvement, and letters of rec. I was shocked and sad when they weren’t on my schedule this morning. Idk if it counts as dirty rushing but maybe the exec team shouldn’t follow girls back if they’re gonna cut them.

That isn’t dirty rushing. It’s heartbreaking to lose a house you love but with over 2200 pnms the cuts are going to be heavy. Let the ones who cut you go and focus on the houses you still have in your schedule.

i had the same thing with zeta:( i have tri delt on my schedule and know no one. this makes no sense to me

That also happened with a lot of pmns in my group. I thought tri delt cared a lot about grades. They all had really high gpa's and still got cut.

This is normal during rush. It is nothing against you as a person. There are so many girls going through. Focus on what you have on your list and you will end up loving wherever you end up.

Same with me for tri Delt and zeta. Lots of followers and got cut first round. Of course got cut by chi o.

From our group and dorm floor, most of us were cut by the top six or seven houses. It sucks. we didn't even get a chance to talk to anyone to try to make a connection.

not dirty rushing but exec should DEFINITELY not follow PNMs. It gives them the wrong idea and it isn’t fair to them.

It's not dirty rushing. You just weren't high enough on their list to make it to this round. Focus on the houses you have and have an open mind. You'll be great!
