Interesting that pi phi is lowest $ for new member and subsequent years. I’d have thought they’d be more expensive.

ZTA seems weird, too that they’re low for first year and in house but much higher regular years

Seems like at the end of the day they still get their money. It’s unreal how much it cost being in a sorority! I know girls that pay for it themselves and I seriously have no idea how they do it. I don’t believe anyone picks based on cost but being in an expensive mid house I would say if given a top choice during recruitment pi phi and zeta are both great houses and the fact they are less expensive than most is a huge bonus!

AXO is considered lower/mid but is most expensive for in house and non freshmen years.....

Hey! So basically every house equals out to be the same.. axo has a lot of included stuff while pi phi makes you pay a lot out of pocket stuff!

So at the end of the day they’re just different price plans but they’re all the same.

This isn’t true. I have friends in different houses and some had much higher dues than others. Some of the ones with higher dues may get more optional meals during the week, but we had a meal plan anyway. What are you are suggesting one might pay for in dues that another might pay for out of pocket, especially out of house?

the only difference is how many meals are included. that does vary by house. some include none ( besides in house girls), some include dinner before chapter, all include CFF ( chicken finger Friday) , and some include lunch everyday. one of my roommates is a zeta and she often went to her house for lunch as a junior. i think it’s a waste to include lunch because most girls are not going to go out of their way to eat at their house.

I think the numbers given are estimates. But I’d say it’s pretty close. I don’t think you’d have like a thousand dollars added on later.
Tshirts and big/little gifts and all that are on you.

Any actives want to share an estimate of how much you spend out of pocket per year on all the extra stuff?

so factoring in function outfits, big little stuff, work week & recruitment outfits….probably about an extra $1000 to $2000 BUT that all varies based on the person & what brand clothes you’re buying & how much stuff you’re getting for your little. minimum expect to spend $500 extra
