How sororities remember/rank pnms

by:

How do the sororities remember all the PNMs that they meet? Like after a party do you say “I like that girl with the brown hair and braids”? And then how do PNMs get ranked? Is it a house decision or just a few actives?
All I’ve ever seen are the movies that show actives sitting around while a PNMs picture is on a screen and then talking about how she looks.

They score you right after you have your party! Most use scoring sorority websites! They will leave a number and comments about you and why you should or shouldn’t be in the sorority and ultimately the recruitment team will decide on bringing you to the next round or not based on that and your resume!

This sounds so scary but I promise it’s not as bad as it seems! Girls are very positive in their comments!

The one or two girls the pnm talks to are the only ones who rank. Basically if you don’t hit it off with the girls you talk to them you’re out.

Even if you do though you can still get cut!

You’re not really rushing a house. You’re being rushed by a small handful of girls from that house and they decide if you get in or not. Kinda like the electoral college

It depends on the house. I understand what your saying though. This year the recruitment teams have WAY more power than in the past since they are the only ones deciding who goes on to the second round! I am in one of the top four houses. Not sure how it works for the others? I am assuming KD/Tri Delt are similiar

I never thought of it that way. This year recruitment teams have all the power from the get go!
