Does each house have a required GPA for PNM’s? If so, what are they?

Sororities never make public how they decide cuts, including GPA. They will make GPA cuts relative to the number of pnm's they can invite back to 2nd round. But sororities will invite back lower GPA pnm's if there is something really exceptional about them, especially a strong connection. Honestly, there is nothing you can do about any of it at this point, so concentrate on the things you have control over that will affect your recruitment. Worrying won't help a thing.

Top houses usually cut below a 3.3. Pi phi usually cuts below a 3.4. Connections can help below a 3.4 in pi phi if it’s a well liked involved member trying to rush the pnm. Still they will need some involvement or other things going for them.

With the number going through recruitment, the chapters will be able to be more selective in their gpa requirement, I would think.
If the majority of girls have a 3.5 or higher, then the cutoff will be high.

But, what’s done is done…focus on things you can control if your gpa isn’t high.

No, that's not how it works. Cuts have nothing to do with actual numbers, they are based on percentages. More pnm's = more returning to next rounds and more bids. GPA doesn't become more selective when there is a larger pool.

Lots of girls with 4.0's cut first round last year by the top houses.
