Girls not following back?

Hi so I’m rushing this fall and I’m following girls from all the houses at uark (I don’t care about rank, I just want a good sisterhood) and some members follow me back but some don’t. Especially if the girl is on exec, it makes me feel like i’m automatically cut.
So two questions: does it mean it cut and if they don’t follow me back, do i unfollow them?
since recruitment is supposed to be mutual, I’m not gonna follow a girl if she doesn’t like me enough or think she’s too good to follow back.

it doesn’t mean a thing! there are a lot of pnm’s and most members will only follow back maybe two or three and those are usually from their hometown or someone they have been asked to follow by a sorority sister ect… another thing to keep in mind is their pledge class. A junior or senior less likely to follow back pnm’s ( they are not looking for littles) and are most likely to be the girls on exec.

no chi o girl has followed me back but there are girls from every chapter who didn’t follow me back
