What do we do between houses?

I heard that between parties during the rounds we aren’t allowed to go back into our dorms or have our phones, so where do we go and what do we do between parties?

My friend that is older said they had to go back and just sit in a church or something without their phones all day but after 2020 they let the pnm’s go back to their dorms and have their phones?
