Pi phi>Kappa (only a kappa would disagree)
by: Pi phiI had both on pref and chose pi phi! Best decision ever! If we had spring recruitment I can’t imagine any pnm NOT choosing Pi Phi over Kappa. Choose the more laid back, non judgmental house! A year later and I still haven’t met a kappa I would want to be friends with. I have friends in chi o and zeta so I am not trying to bash all top houses!

Obviously a KD but I also agree a lot of houses could compete with tops if no one knew of rankings

Most pnm’s do not have two top houses at pref. I do agree though that Pi Phi is a much better choice than kappa. Chi o has been trying to repair the damage from years back and has been taking more and more out of state girls. Founded here and just won top in grades! Zeta is a great house that is less about connections and more about personality ( fun, friendly) so that is also a house I would choose over kappa. KD is a great house that in my opinion can compete with these houses if pnm’s do not get stuck on ranks.
