Mid vs top houses facts

There is a reason top houses are described over and over again on this site. Trust me I looked on here before recruitment as well. Here is what I know to be true a year later. I would choose a mid house over a top for these reasons!
Girls choose girls similar to themselves and top houses get their choices. Therefore they really do have a distinct vibe about them versus a mid house that has all sorts of types of girls and it’s much harder to stereotype. My take on the tops~
Chi-o is extremely clique-y and especially if your an out of state girl you may be lonely
Pi phi girls are sweet but are just sort of vanilla ( smart though and I would choose this house over the rest)
Zetas do love to party and I am sure I would have failed out freshman year. The zetas on my floor never missed an opportunity to go out. Plus I would have felt like their “funny side kick” friend.
Kappas are just entitled judgmental girls and this would for sure be the last of top houses I would pick. I wouldn’t want the pressure to keep up. I would have quit like one girl I know.
KD, ADPI, and TRI DELT would all be better choices because it’s very easy to find a group similar to you and no pressure to fit into a mold like the top houses!

Adpi is a mid house! And so is phi mu for that matter. Tri Delt and KD just want to pretend they are in a league of their own.

ADPI is a mid house, but the other alphas are not middle. Phi Mu is not middle. They have the potential to be, but they have to stop taking the same type of pc each year. Just too many mean girls and rep risks. They do put on a good recruitment, so hopefully they can get a better pc this fall.

top houses work super hard all summer narrowing down the girls they think they may take to pref. mid on down do more work after they meet the girls.

what is wrong with adpi? they are one of the nicest and most chill houses on campus.

nothing wrong with them other than they are trying too hard on GR. I'll add DDD and KD to that same list.

Maybe it was but it’s true. After the “tops” you get to the REAL houses with genuine girls. Not high school 2.0 and you don’t have to fit their mold.
