I’ve also heard some pretty random ones but these seem to match up the most

So wrong! If you were told this, they lied to you! Kappa and Chi O know who they’re rushing and they’ll cut the girls they know are going to the other. Same with a lot of houses!! If a girl still has kappa at pref, she would probably also have a house like adpi, aopi, phi mu or axo, assuming she still has two houses at pref

This is so wrong, it's laughable. Pmns who have a top house on pref 99% of the time have either a mid or low house as the other option.
This is what it looked like for our friend group
kappa and adpi
kappa and kd
chi o and tri delt
chi o and kd
pi phi and kd
zeta and phi mu
zeta and axo
zeta and tri delt
and not all of them got the top house on bid day.

There are for sure some girls that have two top houses on pref. 99 percent of the time they had some type of connection in both houses.

Only the absolute top of the top PNM’s will have both Chi O and Kappa on pref. They each cut girls knowing they are for sure going Chi O or for sure going Kappa. Majority will have a top house and a bottom house on pref because too houses make decisions months in advance. Same for Pi Phi most of the time.

top of the top pnm’s simply means they knew someone! there are girls with amazing resumes, beautiful, fun ect… in all houses. everyone on campus knows most likely you simply knew someone who chose to rush you. if it’s two top houses great. i believe pi phi puts girls they don’t know well on their list with amazing resumes and zeta puts cute ,outgoing girls on their list. this year without a first round for pnm’s to really click with someone who gets them on the list is not happening though.i guess these videos are ultra important now.

No way this is true - if a girl still had kappa at pref and then got cut, they’d drop. Nothing against DG! It’s just the mindset of those types of girls that think they’re too good for anyone else!

If you attended prefs at KKG and DG you were on both their bid lists. If you received a bid from DG, then KKG filled their pledge class (got to quota) before your name came up. This is how it works.
