Lower mid tier houses

These houses are all interchangeable and on the same level. Just depends on the vibe you’re looking for. These are the houses that most pnms really should focus on. Not cliquish and not high school 2.0 where you have to rely on knowing girls in the house to get a bid. You can be yourself in these houses and not have to try and morph into a stereotype.
ADPI isn’t going to agree but they are NOT on the level with Tri Delt and KD. Yes, they had a big boost a few years ago but they didn’t hang onto it. Great house, sweet girls, but not viewed as high as they claim. You can’t go wrong accepting a bid here.
Phi Mu - they can’t shake their bad rep the sweet girls here get overshadowed by the mean girls. There are a lot of sweet girls here though. They go for the pretty, outgoing, party girls. Great house if you connect with the right people.
AOPI-this house has come a long way in recent years. Pretty, fun girls that are totally chill. You can definitely find your people here and be yourself.
AXO - they have a great sisterhood from what most can see so not sure why they have such a high drop rate. High dues maybe? But these girls are super friendly and involved. Definitely a great house.

Let’s be real, a huge number of pnms will never walk through the doors of the top 4 to even be given a chance. They’ll be cut before day 1. These are the houses that are truly looking for great girls to add to their sisterhood and are willing to give everyone a chance.

Agree all good houses where you can find your people. Personally I like both adpi and phi mu ( I am in a top house) better than Tri delt and KD. Adpi girls are cute,fun and unpretentious. A lot of phi mu girls had a top house and phi mu on pref and the numbers just didn’t work in their favor. Regardless of a few bad apples there are plenty of sweet and outgoing girls. I don’t know any KD’s and had the most awkward experience during recruitment with them. Tri delts are smart and quirky. Nothing wrong with them just not my vibe. So ranks are personal and I personally ally ranked both adpi and phi mu ahead of Tri delt and KD.
