agree with Pi Phi, but zeta won't do better than kappa or chi o overall.

How it works. Chi o / kappa have their list. Chi o gets who they want. Kappa lost to pi phi last year at pref. Pi phi lost some tops to zeta. There is only an extremely small percentage of girls that have two top houses at pref. They all have the potential to lose to each other. This is why it should be tiers and not 1,2,3,4.

Zeta won’t be above Chi O or Kappa, but they should be

ADPI, AXO, Phi Mu, AOPI all interchangeable
