Curious what do top frats at poor schools like UA get

Here at USC where even bottom fraternities have million dollar budgets. The two top fraternities at USC are Lambda and Sig Chi. Lambda had the Chainsmokers for their Olympus party and Sigs had Fetty Wap for their Snow party. What type of entertainers do top fraternities get at poor schools like ark?
