You need really strong connections and someone pulling for you from the inside for all houses. (But ESPECIALLY SAE and Sigma Chi)They already know who they are giving bids to and have definitely started rushing already.

Yes well you need connections for ALL houses but the difference is SAE, Sigma Chi, and Phi Delt are all competing for the same guys with the same connections and will have an entire pledge class made up way before “rush” even starts. That’s what makes them “harder” to get into to, not just because they are “top”

Fraternities as they exist now are facing a crisis. Only 11% of students come to our campus interested in joining a fraternity. This declining interest has coincided with the fact that members of fraternities are far more likely to drink in excess than the average student. Because our SigEp chapter has a substance-free policy, we recruit better candidates and have stronger manpower than other fraternities chapters that are regrettably still beholden to illegal and dangerous drinking. SigEp is modeling a new way and new future for other fraternities here to follow.

I feel snu is higher, their functions are SO FUN and do very well all the time. They are top in grades, have great alumni support, have awesome guys, and girls love them. I feel they are higher than lambda and equal to pike

No, look at the type of girls who go to each house. Chi O and Kappa are purely SAE and Sigma Chi. And the rest follow. No matter how fun one of Sigma Nus parties are, Lambda has a way better sorority base than Sigma Nu. Quality over quantity.
