Chi O and Kappa come on here and act like it’s an honor and you’re special to be chosen by them. They want pnms to think they could be the exception to their predetermined lists.They don’t want to be ranked at the bottom by pnms. As long as pnms continue to rank them high during recruitment, the more “desirable” they appear. It’s manipulative to pnms just so they can remain top.

take these "i got into a top house with no connections" comments with a grain of salt. they just want you to believe it's possible so you don't rank them lower since you know you'll be cut anyway. it's all for appearances.

I was in the same spot as you - amazing resume, 4.0, but no connections. I reached out to a girl in one of the top houses and now I'm in that house! If it weren't for that connection, I don't think I'd have been considered! Yes, sometimes you just get cut, but other times reaching out randomly will bring you your best friends! Most girls in any house won't be annoyed if you're reaching out - and it's really worth it!

Chi O and Kappa are really working this post trying to make themselves seem like everyone on campus doesn’t know the truth about their dirty rushing, or the fact that everyone on campus dislikes them

i think houses are trying to save more room for girls without a connection. pledge classes will be large this year so don’t think you won’t have multiple options

Can we still reach out to actives? I thought after spring break we weren’t allowed to? But the majority of these posts were written in April.
