2022 fall predictions - brutally honest

Sorority predictions:
Top:
Chi O, Kappa, Zeta, Pi Phi (I don’t think people in chi o or kappa are nice but they’re selective as hell.. zetas are fun and pi phis are smart)
Upper mid:
KD, Tri Delt, AXO, ADPI (all these houses are well liked, like eachother, have great sisterhoods, smart, artsy, aesthetic, pretty, and nice)
Bottom mid: dg (hard working, kind, really working on their house, no one genuinely dislikes them)
Bottom:
AOII, PHI MU (these houses can be mean to their sisters but are decently liked on campus)
Frats:
Top:
Sig Chi, SAE (hardest to get into but jerks that have money)
Upper mid:
Kappa Sig, Lambda, snu, pike (some of the coolest guys, fun parties, genuine)
Mid:
KA, phi delt (fun, but a lot of problems happen here)
Lower mid:
Fiji, sig ep (Fiji is just a little scary to go to and sig ep guys are the coolest ones with out a house)
Bottom:
Beta, FH, the rest (nice guys, betas are cool, just kinda off sometimes)

It’s chi o, not chi-o. Like yours is phi mu, not phi-mu. Clean it up it makes it obvious which comments are yours on here

I predict kappa will lose more girls to the other top houses than ever before. Who wants to be in a house that is not well liked at all by most girls who went through recruitment in 2021??
I also predict KD will have a better pledge class than Tri delt based on Tri delts last pledge class. Smart girls but are more on the shy/quirky side
Phi mu almost always has a pledge class full of girls that also had a top house on pref but just wasn’t high enough on the list to get a bid. They are charming during recruitment. The problems begin after you receive a bid accordingly to some friends I have. Still they are not far behind KD and Tri Delt.
Chi o will remain number but it’s only because they have their list and everyone else gets cut immediately. Panhellenic favors chi o and helps create that illusion
Pi Phi has done well the past few years but they have slipped a little ( and I predict will continue to do so this rush) for being a bit boring and uninvolved. If you have them on pref like I did be ready to be blown away. No one does pref night like Pi phi.
Adpi is ahead and will stay ahead of of axo and aopi and have cute girls just happy to go greek
Axo and aopi are equal ( with aopi having lots of pretty girls) but axo will slip because of their ridiculous dues
DG will for sure be equal to axo and aopi if they are not already
Zeta continues to surprise pulling in girls that are very vocal about wanting to be zetas day one of recruitment. The majority of these girls are from out of state. I predict 2022 will continue to see them recruit same type of girls ( the pretty popular type)

honestly I can see this happening next year for sure. Depends on the new pledge classes but AXO did have a really good one and so did ADPI. there has been so much drama in AOII with girls being mean, no one wants to be in there. phi mu has the rep but they would probably be higher. Idk but yeah I see this all happening

⬆️ TRADITION. And it’s Arkansas…a Southern school where legacies, family connections and money are important.
These two will NEVER slip below upper or maybe upper mid.
Get over it, honey.
BOTH have pre-made lists and both take tons of legacies.
Kappas are a bit more edgy and fun—Chi Os are totally controlled by their alumnae and actually boring.
