What do non-top look for?

I only see posts about top tier. What do these chapters look for and what's the GPA cut off?
Delta Delta Delta
Kappa Delta
Alpha Delta Pi
Phi Mu
Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Omicron Pi
Delta Gamma
Also what are their known for on campus?

DG does make cuts. It is unreal how this site tries to make them look horrible.

Tri Delt and KD will look at bit more at connections/in state and GPA. To be honest the rest aren’t competitive with the tops, so they’re mostly competing with each other, so they all look for similar things. Of course every house wants smart cute girls with good involvement and personality. For these other houses it kind of just comes down to vibe of the house and if you click with the girls you talk to

Ddd won’t compete with kd this year. They have too many quirky girls and it’s off putting to pnms. They’ll have a hard time competing with phimu or adpi. I know people don’t like to hear about phimu but pnms do like them in recruitment.

ALL of the houses want girls who are smart and pretty and involved to make them look good to others and genuine and fun so that they actually like them and want to be around them.
Some houses will take rep risks but others won't. Some houses will take a lower gpa than others.
It's not that top houses look for different girls it's just that they get first choice.

this year with so many going through I think ddd, kd, adpi, and phimu you’re going to have to have some connections and an awesome gpa.
The vibes you’ll need..
Ddd- very quirky
Kd- Girl Scouty but nice
Adpi- carefree attitude, pretty
Phimu- edgy, pretty
Aopi- nice, pretty
Axo, dg- variety of girls but proud of their letters
These are all good houses And you’ll be happy in any of them if you fit the vibe
