Top 4 houses in my opiniom
by: UrwelcomeTbh i think everyone can agree zeta and pi phi are so much better than kappa and chi o. Everyone’s opinion on who’s better for pi phi vs zeta different. Personally i think maybe zeta might pull for higher just from what i’ve seen and heard on campus but they’re both awesome houses

I think pi phi may edge out zeta for being number one grades almost every semester. I also think they are more known nationally. Although not sure though because it seems like Arkansas girls go for Pi Phi and out of state girls prefer the zetas. Zetas are pretty and super friendly and can impress pnm’s easily during recruitment. I am in a mid tier house and agree once on campus these two houses over kappa / chi o all day everyday.

I had zeta in pref and could have easily preffed them over my house( seriously loved them!) but I also was a legacy for another top house. That being said it’s a matter of finding your people in your pledge class! I do have a lot of zeta friends though

Probably because even though she started out saying it was her opinion, the first sentence said "I think everyone can agree..." and maybe they disagree

^^^. Ya I doubt a chi o or kappa would think pi phi or zeta are better than them😂. In general pi phi and zetas are more well liked on campus though

Chi o was founded here and has a strong alumni support. They will always be a top house. Kappa is the of the one oldest on campus. Newer houses have such a hard time moving up in the ranks. Kappa the past couple of years has been slipping due to zero effort being put into recruitment. Both houses know there will be girls that come on here and rank them high just to say they got into an exclusive house. This being said both ( especially kappa) has been losing girls to the other two houses. If recruitment was in the spring the rank order would be totally different
