Here’s how I see it

Top:
Kappa/Chi O (undisputed top despite being cliquey and not super nice. Most money, hardest to get into, smart and pretty girls)
Zeta (fun and nice girls that are very social. Well liked)
Pi phi (hard to get into but look more for accomplishments and grades, not super social but still one of the top)
Upper mid:
KD (after this year I think they are a little bit above Tri Delt. One of the smartest houses and still have girls that are very social and fun)
Tri Delt (after this year and last years pc I would put them a little below KD. Most say they are tied but I would say no to that. Smart girls that are sweet but tend to be a little awkward. Not as social still a great house)
Mid:
ADPI (close to being in upper mid just need a more consistent pledge class. Overall very social and like to go out but can get a wide variety of girls that don’t mesh well. Well liked and nice girls. On the come up)
AXO/AOII (these two are interchangeable depends on your viewpoint. AXO has nice girls that are more involved but not as pretty as AOII and a little more awkward. AOII has pretty girls that are more laid back but also like to have fun. Getting more involved on campus. I would say they are tied as of right now)
Lower mid:
Phi Mu (honestly just a weird mix of girls in the house. You have some really amazing girls that should be in one of the tops but maybe didn’t have connections and then you have some weird or mean girls that think they’re better than they are. Not sure how exactly to describe them)
Bottom:
DG ( personally I would actually put them above phi Mu but just because they are newer they get the rep of being a bottom house. However I think they have done an amazing job being so new and have gotten some really cool and pretty girls that will help bring them up)
