SPRING RUSH DOES NOT = BAD HOUSE

by:

cob/spring recruitment comes from many reasons.
- seniors graduating
- required by headquarters
- amazing girls who didn’t have a good rush for whatever reason
- friends who didn’t rush
- dropped out of rush
- transfers
- so many AMAZING GIRLS do cob. I know so many girls in my chapter that did cob and they’re some of the coolest girls I know.

Just bc a chapter is doing spring doesn’t mean they didn’t hit quota, that they’re a bad house, or anything of the sort. They just want to add more beautiful, kind, deserving girls to the chapter. if anything, it’s a positive thing.I would rather be inclusive then exclusive any day. do spring rush!!!

This is so true! Almost all houses on campus have open spots. I think all of the chapters made quota during formal recruitment this year but lost members throughout the semester. Some chose not to fill those spots and that doesn't make them any better than those houses who chose to fill open spots! Those who are filling empty spots are giving more people a chance to be a part of Greek Life!

And it helps keeps the cost down. More girls to pay for these big houses

So we all agreed they have to fill spots because girls leave. Why are girls leaving? Is the drama pushing them over the edge? Probably, if a house COB’s they aren’t a good house and I will stand by that. Houses that retain girls are good
