My opinions on some houses

KD>>> Tri Delt: KD is amazing nationally. So is Tri Delt. However typically KD is a little better nationally than Tri Delt. Here they are relatively even. Tri Delt passed them around 2 years ago however now the tables have turned and KD has taken their spot back and is above Tri Delt.

AOII> AXO > phi Mu : considering how new AOII is I have to give them credit for rising so much. They get really pretty girls that are fun but also chill. AXO has a good mix of pretty and quirky but they’re kind of stagnant. At this point I would put AOII over AXO however they could be even if AXO does an amazing rush in the fall. Phi Mu gets a weird mix of girls. Not strong sisterhood and they’re only known for partying. Some really pretty but most kind of quirky.
