Top house requirements

Ok all girls want a top house if for know other reason than to say they are in a top house. Here is what they look for and how to try and get a bid from one.
Chi -o. Legacies, Little Rock and alumni. They look for these three so find a mom who has some pull to get your name off the cut list the first night if you have no connections.
Kappa- money and church. It is true they have the wealthiest girls. Flash your labels on insta and post your pics from church retreats.
Zeta- looks and popularity. Post yourself surrounded by ALL your friends, looking bomb. Reach out to girls in house via social media to get yourself noticed.
Pi Phi - boost your resume with great grades and leadership activities. Like the other four if you have zero connections you MUST find a way to get yourself off the dreaded first night cut list. Being a legacy still carries weight here.
And if you don’t get a top four you will still find your people and have a great college experience. It’s all in what you choose to make of it!

this is actually true. these top houses treated so many of us horribly during the first round that we were not interested at all. we would have never guessed these were considered top houses by how rude and weird they were.

tri delt used to be a top house but zeta has overtaken them. Their last several pc's have dropped them even farther. If this trend continues, both adpi and kd will be ahead of them (which they probably already are) and tri delt will compete with phu mu and axo. No knock to either of those houses, both are rising!

Sorry but DDD isn’t top anymore, y’all were maybe right under KD and then after recruitment and how involved different chapters are this year it’s arguable pi phi is slipping from 4. Obviously their gpa is great and all, but they don’t do any events or go to anyone else’s. I can see in the next couple years KD taking Pi Phis spot, they have the national rep to do it

Not sure what house your in but zta was considered top by me and every girl I knew last year who went through recruitment. When I asked around campus before I came here they were always mentioned. I am guessing your one of the other top houses or most likely a MOM that for some reason feels like having them listed as a top house is threatening 😂. Oh ya prob the Tri delt mom who said they were above zta!
