Let’s be honest Tri Delt is barely upper mid. The girls in there are mainly weird the only thing that places them high is their house

This is the TRUTH but no one wants to say it. Tri delt and phi mu are equal. One of these two houses is where ALOT of girls end up that have one of the top four left on pref but aren’t high enough on their list to get a bid. COMPLETELY different types of girls that go Tri delt versus phi mu. Tri delt will get the quirky smart girls while phi mu may get cute girl with a less than stellar resume or rep. Both of these houses OFTEN get the girls that don’t make the top half of chi o, kappa, zeta or pi phi.
