Tri Delt status

Tri Delt is mid. They’re upper mid but still not top.

Tri Delt is considered a top house. Involved, top in grades, strong alumni. And that house is awesome!

Truth there is a top four ( chi o/kappa , zeta/pi phi)
Mid four ( KD, Phi mu, Tri delt, ADPI)
Lower three ( AOPI, AXO, DG)

That’s how it and if you go here you KNOW this to be true

^ I agree BUT the top four has no order and neither does the mid four. It’s all a matter of preference. Little Rock girls would prob pref Chi o and Pi Phi while out of state girls would prefer Kappa and Zeta.
In the mid category I think ( based on my experience as well as my friends) it’s all in who you get paired with during recruitment!!!!!

not top and with pc21, they are lower than ADPi and KD. I'd dare say even with PM and AXO.
