Agreed. Phi Delt needs to be lower.
Their new pc is SX and SAE leftovers, have a disgusting house filled with creppy guys, have had 4 investigations in one semester, and are banned till the end of the year.

You’re wrong. It’s not a coincidence that fraternities are paired with other certain fraternities every year for row. It is literally by rankings. Pike would never get asked by SAE Sigma Chi or even Kappa Sig😂
