Here’s how it is

I feel like there was a definite shift in the mid tier houses after recruitment so here’s how I see it as being someone who’s unaffiliated.
Top: kappa/Chi o/Pi Phi /Zeta
Let’s face it these are the most selective and typically most popular when going through recruitment. Elitist status is annoying but that’s what brings people’s interest they want to be considered the best.
Upper mid: KD/Tri Delt/ADPI
Tri Delt seems to have fallen this year. They are typically the 5th spot but KD seems to have swept them. These are where the competition begins as they fight for the same girls but these houses have different vibes.
Mid: Phi Mu/AOII
These two have sort of the same vibe but AOII is way more chill and friendly.
Lower mid: AXO/DG
Not saying bottom cause both houses are good however these tend to just blend in and not spark interest with pnms however very sweet girls.

This is pretty spot on but I think phi mu may have done better than or atleast equal to adpi ( and prob Tri Delt). Lots of sweet girls that had a top and phi mu at pref that ended up a phi mu. I think these girls can change their image because there are so many of them. I am NOT a phi mu. I do think this pledge class needs to be given a chance. I hate it that I know girls sad and scared of their own chapter because of this website.

Phi Mu did not do as well as ADPi and definitely not as well as DDD. If these pmns you mentioned had a "top" and PM, they likely weren't high enough on that bid list and ended up with PM. Yes, PM did end up with some good girls, and I am so glad about that. Hopefully these good girls will help them change the reputation they have as a whole.

Phi Mu did not do as well as adpi, tri delt, kd, or aoii. They are more equal to axo and dg.
They do have a change to change their image, but I'm afraid they took too many girls with QR for that.

I can promise you even zeta doesn’t think they are “above” pi phi. Maybe equal with out of state girls but stop trying to bring hate to zeta .
KD DID do better than Tri delt this recruitment but again not above equal
Aopi has gotten a lot of great girls the past two years and agree they are above axo now

omg. zta is and never will be above pi phi. i mean zta is pretty good but not above pi phi. look at returns from recruitment. numbers don’t lie.

pi phi is 700% above zeta. zeta just tries so hard to make themselves top. they are good but for sure middle. see ya zouses.

Ok pi phi. I don’t preffed zeta over pi phi?? One hundred percent they are equal. I know plenty of girls that wanted zeta over pi phi. I think your living in the past. Out of state girl so won’t speak for Little Rock girls but when i asked around campus which house to look at none of the guys or girls said pi phi. Atleast 10 people said zeta. Believe it or not makes me no difference. This pledge class kappa lost a couple of girls ( more because kappa didn’t have their S.. together) to pi phi so now they think they are number one or something.i also know pi phi lost girls to zeta ( and visa/versus.

This could be its own thread. Zeta and pi phi are equal I think. I also know girls who preffed zeta over pi phi and I know how desired zeta was during recruitment. Pi phi was also desired but they have been slipping for the past few years.
