Take tri delta and axo below adpi and you have the real list. Only bc kappa and chio were so rude to pnms on zoom who weren’t on their list it made girls hate them. Bet they aren’t brave enough to act like that face to face.

Lots of pnms found tri awkward and weird. Adpi and them are probably equal Among pnms.

AXO has been solid and rising steadily for last few years, girls love them and how active they are. House is fun and cute and in great location. Girls are really cute (check them out). Many of the higher "mid's" seem to consistently rate AXO lower, but time are changing, AXO is so strong, they are at least a mid-upper mid. IMO, of course
