Suspicious B-12 shots at Phi Mu..

Yesterday I went to Phi Mu and when I walked in the door they took me down to the basement where they say “miracles happen”. They proceeded to forcefully bend me over and stuck a “B-12” shot in my ass while simultaneously chanting “FOR THE KIDS” .. Today I’m unable to walk because I’ve grown two raisin sized ball sacks, and my Adam’s Apple is a suspiciously sharper than normal… I can’t stop sharting my pants, has this happened to anyone else? I’m scared.
