That’s all you need! Be excited and open minded. Interview them and make sure it’s the best place for you, ask them some hard questions. It’s not a guarantee that you’ll have them on bid day but if you can feel like yourself there, let them know that you can see yourself being part of their sisterhood.

Give every house a chance even if you dont vibe rn! Theres 400 members in these houses and youve talked to maybe 5-10 girls this week. Chances are out of the other 390 youll find someone you click with and will wonder how you ever lived without them. Take a chance and remember if you end up hating it in a few months you can always drop but at least give each house a chance. They see something in YOU and want YOU for YOU. Not for some made up version or yourself but for you!!! They are ecstatic to continue welcoming you back

How does an entire house of 400 girls decide whether or not to keep a girl based on only 5–10 members meeting her?

well with 2000 pnms rushing theres not much recruiters can do. Its based on a lot of things, how the pnm vibed with the girl, personality, gpa, involvement, in house friends/siblings, any of these can contribute to where you land. The recruiter ranks pnms but every house ranks based off different values and ideals! Hard to explain but it works out the way it should

Oh no, I’m so sorry! Please reconsider dropping. We honestly do not have “low” houses, only newer. There are a mix of all girls in every house - smart, pretty, fun, friendly, etc. You can and will find your people if you give it an honest chance. Go in to those houses that invited you back and give them a chance with fresh eyes. They see something in you or they wouldn’t have invited you back. Give them a chance to show you they’re just as amazing as any other house here. Follow your heart, not the dumb rankings and outside noise that has filled your head.
