Here’s how recruitment will go

Kappa and Chi O will get who they want and already have their lists
Pi Phi will get the smart, honors girls. Probably have most of their list but if you really impress and have a great resume, it’s possible.
Zeta will get the pretty, fun, party girls. If you’re pretty and have someone pushing for you, it’s definitely possible. Personality required!!
Tri Delt will get the smart, quirky girls that Pi Phi doesn’t have room for. Connections will definitely help.
KD will get smart, social girls. Connections can help but not really needed. Just have a great personality and conversations.
ADPI will get social girls. Connections not needed. Good conversations are important.
Phi Mu will get pretty, party girls that didn’t make the Zeta list. Connections not needed.
AOII will get pretty, fun, chill girls. No connections needed. This house is real and laid back and they don’t do drama so keep it real and fun.
AXO will get the genuine, hard working girls. No connections needed. They’re passionate about their philanthropy so they’ll look for like minded girls.
DG will get sweet, genuine girls. No connections needed. They’ll drop you like a hot potato if you act like you’re too good for them. They deserve sweet girls who want genuine sisterhood.

pretty good list, but Kappa and Chi O do not get every pmn they hope to. No house gets 100% of the girls they want. They usually get 3/4 of the girls they want which leaves room for others.
Pi Phi and Zeta do a great job at recruitment and "take" pmns from both top houses. I've also seen Tri Delt take some girls from Pi Phi and Zeta.
How much each year is up for debate.

Kappa and chi o do not get every girl on their list. Last year I chose another house over chi o and it wasn’t kappa!

Kappa / Chi o do lose girls to zeta /pi phi but more pnm’s still rank kappa and chi o ahead of the other two.

Kappa is so desperate to run chi o down any chance they get. Just focus on yourselves kappa and your high school buddies you want to get in. Everyone knows top house girls just means you had a friend from high school so who actually cares. Leave chi o alone

Kappa / chi o usually get who they want which is their friends so who cares? Good for them.
Pi phi gets the smart leadership girls they want and zeta pick out the cute , fun girls they fall in during recruitment.
STILL plenty of awesome girls to go around and all the rest of the houses do well! Kappa and chi o can have their friends :)

you can think houses have "their lists" all day long, but they won't ever get all of them
