It’s pretty obvious it was a Tri delt who wrote that. Or possibly a pi phi trying to create some distance between themselves and zeta??
How I see it….
Kappa/Chi o - occasionally may lose girls to zeta or pi phi but usually top two
Pi phi / zeta- totally different Vibe with these and both have great girls.
Tri delt/ KD/ ADPI - This is where the games begin. All three houses do well during recruitment and usually have similar girls they are going for. Especially tri delt and KD!
Phi mu - this is where girls land that don’t get a top. Lots of girls really like them during recruitment. Not sure if still happy once the cliques and mean girls come out after recruitment though 😬
Axo/aopi/dg - all compete but I will say I also agree aopi has stepped it up!

Tri delts it’s fine. Calm down. To come in during recruitment and try and say your above zeta and equal to pi phi just seems desperate.
