chi o should no longer be considered a top house. they are mean and boastful
Kappa is full of mean girls with a select few nice girls. overrated a little bit. the definition of that tik tok sound "but im rich and im pretty, so it doesnt really matter"
not all zetas are blonde. zeta earns a top spot
pi phi is selective but after bid day they drop off the face of the earth
tri delt is a great house but tends to self rank too much. they earn the 5th spot for sure
phi mu is the last house anyone should want. bottom tier. DG should be ahead because they are actually kind girls and work hard to get up the ranks
ADPI and KD are on the same level but for completely different reasons
AOPI is moving up and has some great girls
AXO is kind of non existent but has a great sisterhood

There is a lot of truth in this and some things I disagree with.
Chi o has a big problem no one talks about. It’s extremely cliquey and MANY girls don’t find their group and are sad after bid day.
Kappas are not all rich and pretty. Huge myth. I know many sweet kappas.
Phi mu does have ALOT of mean girls but no they are not last ( prob equal to tri delt when pnm’s rank)
Aopi is moving up and I would say ahead of axo now as far as how pnm’s rank. The real truth is because they have many pretty girls and girls get wooed in by pretty. Same reason zeta has a good recruitment every year and can easily compete with pi phi even though a pi phi usually has a much better resume.

so many untruths and generalizations here
Fact: all houses have sweet, mean, smart, "rich", involved, absent, grade risk, rep risk, etc. you can't judge an entire house based on a few or even 50 members when these houses have 300+ girls
Fact: the top four houses (kkg,xo,pbp,zta) have the highest returns during recruitment. This is what keeps them top every year. The more selective they are, the more exclusive they appear.
It only takes one person to "run" this site. It could be an active member, alumni, mom, or troll. This is why pmns should not be on this site. One person with a grudge against a house can stir up all kinds of drama.
All the chapters are good.

This is so true. Uark is very different from a lot of schools with a large Greek presence. It’s difficult based on appearance to tell a “top” girl from someone that isn’t. In fact I would say impossible
