how does cob work

do you have to go through formal recruitment to be considered for cob??

No, you don’t have to go through formal first. You do need to know someone in the houses doing COB as they will recommend you to their recruitment team to be considered for COB. Sometimes you can reach out the house directly to ask about COB. Only some houses will do it, probably DG, ADPi, AXO, AOii, Phi Mu, and occasionally others.
