How I see it-sororities and why

Obviously Kappa will remain top with being the most selective and recruiting girls from their hometowns in Arkansas and Dallas. Chi O is the same but their rep has been iffy still they were founded here so gonna be top as well. Zeta on even level with Chi O being likeable and fun. Pi Phi lower due to not being as out there but still very selective. Tri Delt and KD are very similar to Pi Phi but more outgoing and fun just not as selective making this a top choice for the top 5. Next is ADPi known for being chill and fun and at this point I would say AOII is tied and maybe could even pass them this year. They’ve done very well recruiting and being noticeable. AXO has a great sisterhood but not very selective and just not as out there and at this point AOII has passed them. Could see them being tied with ADPI and AOII in a few years if they step it up. Phi Mu and DG are tied DG is new so sadly they get put there and not very selective. Phi Mu takes the leftovers let’s be real here and their rep is not good. Just my analysis no negativity here

Chi o and zeta are so different. Chi o has their list before recruitment begins. Zetas will have a list and spaces for girls they fall in love with during recruitment

How chi o is still top blows my mind. These girls would be a lower mid house at any other campus

Chi o will get their Little Rock girls. Zeta won’t even try to steal those girls from them. Kappa may try and succeed but for the mist part little girls go chi o

Absolutely agree! All pnms are “top house” quality! Kappas (no offense, just using as an example) are no better than girls in other houses!!

So true yet so weird to me pnm’s rank chi o so high. If recruitment was second semester that would not be the case

this is so wrong. All four of the top houses, including XO, have incredibly high retention rates. Another reason they don't COB in the spring.

While I don’t think they’re with ADPI yet, I definitely agree that AOPI has turned their house around. I’d say on the level with AXO now.

I agree with @well. They’ve improved so much and I would definitely put them with AXO.

Not original poster but myself and two girls I know well had zeta and pi phi for pref and all of us chose zeta. We all really connected with the girls in zeta who rushed us. Pi phi’s we’re very nice and are great but for me just not as outgoing .

^ zeta has had a better recruitment than pi phi the past couple of years and kappa had a better recruitment than chi o. All four still had a great rush it’s just the ranks have for shifted. It’s no longer chi o , kappa, pi phi, zeta. It is kappa, chi o, zeta, pi phi. That is simply the facts.

I agree. Not sure if your saying chi o is like able and fun likable the zetas but will disagree on that point. Chi o’s not well like based on their choices but with such a huge alum support and being founded here will still be a desired choice during recruitment
