The real truth about recruitment

Recruitment is tough. It sucks. People who say they loved it are people who knew exactly which house they would get a bid too and never worried about it. It sucks to think you might have a chance at a “top” house because you were mislead and it sucks to get cut from them. It sucks to get cut from bottom tier houses, too. It sucks to not feel wanted.

I say this not to tell you not to rush. I say this so that when you feel this way, just know almost every other girl has too.

I say this to say that you will find your people in your house, but the process of getting there sucks!!
