What does your chapter look for?

Everyone keeps talking about top houses but realistically a lot of us either won't get in or don't care because we like other chapters.
My question is what do you need to get into these houses:
Tridelt, KD, ADPi, AXO,AOII, DG, Phi Mu
What are your GPA cuts? What kind of girls do you like? more outgoing/chill? very philanthropic people? church girls?

Tri Delt: huge variety of women, I know lots of churchy girls and girls who like to go out. Being a legacy and having connections definitely helps, but isn’t a must. Very smart and classy chapter, and huge house!
KD: similar to Tri Delt, except many women are not legacies, a few have connections though. They’re smart and their house is very pretty. I would say a good mix of girls like Tri Delt, maybe a little more granola, though!
ADPi: to me these girls are always pretty chill and seem to get along really well. You don’t need to be a legacy or have connections to get a bid, but I think they choose based on whether they feel connected to you! Very sweet girls
AXO: known for having one of the best sisterhoods on campus! Girls are very sweet, kind of granola I think. Mix of girls who like going out or are really churchy! Like ADPi you don’t need to be a legacy or have connections
AOII: while they may not be “top” they give me a classic sorority vibe. All their girls seem to get along great and I would say most on campus like AOII. Known for their CFF! No legacy or connections needed
DG: big mix of girls, they just haven’t had a chance to solidify their place on campus, but their beautiful house is definitely helping. Absolutely the nicest girls here, I’ve never met a DG I didn’t like! No legacy or connections needed
Phi Mu: they have a very mixed reputation on campus. Mix of really sweet girls and maybe not-so-sweet, but they’re a great house who is just trying to bounce back from a few falls! No legacy or connections needed

You need a 3.4 unweighted GPA at Tri Delt and KD. For all the houses you need to be seeking out active members in each chapter that are from or near your hometown. They will have the most pull for you. Don’t sit back all summer and not put yourself out there. If you are from far out of state use Instagram to connect with girls and message them some kind of question to open a dialogue.

Yessssss!! Pnms make those connections now! DM girls in every house and get on their radar. Every house! Don’t assume you’re a sure thing anywhere. You could be cut at any point so make those connections with every house. It’s going to be important this year with the expectation of a very large number of girls going through recruitment.
