When people think Chi O now they think BOR-ING. There’s nothing really horrible, they’re just THERE. Cute girls, but nearly ALL in-state. They just don’t have a ton of personality.
Both Kappa and Zeta take in-state, but Kappa has a ton of TX girls (many legacies) and other girls from out-of-state—all with recs. Zeta is similar, but not as many recs or legacies.

Chi O mamas need to quit “counting votes” and let the girls be. I guess “in-bred” would describe Chi O—even if it is their Alpha chapter.
They need to be vibrant—they aren’t.
They need to sparkle—they don’t.

Safe choice, but not with the prestige they once had.
