UofA recruitment last year: (subject to change)
Round ONE: visit all 10 chapters for short party. At the end of the night you will rank your three least favorite houses with your favorite first. These are your cuts, If one or more of the houses you didn't cut cuts you, you can get back the houses that you cut if they didn't cut you.
Round TWO: Visit up too 7 chapters for philanthropy day. Pick two to cut, cuts work the same way, you can get houses back.
Round THREE: Visit up too 5 chapters for house tour day. Pick two house too preef. You will rank the rest of your remaining houses too because you can still get those back if you get cut by one of your top two.
PREF NIGHT: Vist your top two. Rank them according to your preference.
BID DAY: Your Gamma Chi which is your recruitment councilor will give you an envelope with your bid card. All rushees will open them at the same time during a big assembly. Then you will meet up with your chapter and walk back too your new home for festivities.
